Gracyn specializes in setting up self showings, application requirements, application process and other general property questions. She manages the application process, in person rent collections, and follows up on inquiries about our rental properties. Gracyn is customer service focused and here to help owners, current tenants and potential future tenants.

Mike is here for all your maintenance coordination needs.  He is located at the Garner office Mon-Fri 8am-4pm.  Mike receives work orders from tenants, coordinates with vendors for quotes and scheduling the work to be completed.  He also communicates directly with the property owner about repair items for approval. Mike strives to provide prompt service at the lowest possible cost to the owner. Tenants should submit all work orders through the tenant portal if at all possible to ensure proper documentation.

Michelle is responsible for listing and advertising all rental properties for rent. She monitors market conditions to determine rent rates and communicates back to property owners on the status and potential changes that might be required. Michelle is an expert in this field and is proactive in suggesting incentives to the property owner that will help move the property. These incentives are marketed to the potential tenants so that property stands out in the marketplace. Michelle is the primary contact if you are a property owner that is inquiring about our property management services. She is responsible for onboarding all new properties in coordination with the Operations Manager. Michelle is responsible for marketing RPM to realtors and owners in our market. As a licensed Realtor, she brings 20 plus years of real estate experience. Michelle prides herself on knowledge of the industry and providing a top notch customer service experience.

Kim is a licensed Realtor with 12+ years of real estate and property management experience.  She manages the lease renewal process for owners and tenants.  Kim is responsible for managing the rent collections and evictions.  She is your primary contact for renewals, collections and evictions.  In addition, she serves as the property manager for any properties within her portfolio.  Kim strives to provide clear and concise communication to both owners and tenants.
