Mike is here for all your maintenance coordination needs.  He is located at the Garner office Mon-Fri 9am-5pm.  Mike receives work orders from tenants, coordinates with vendors for quotes and scheduling the work to be completed.  He also communicates directly with the property owner about repair items for approval. Mike strives to provide prompt service at the lowest possible cost to the owner. Tenants should submit all work orders through the tenant portal if at all possible to ensure proper documentation.
