As a landlord you are not required to make your property available to Section 8, but can if you would like to.
We are North Carolina licensed Real Estate Brokers and members of the National Association of REALTORS.

Owner payments are disbursed via direct deposit to a checking or savings account.
We do not sell real estate but can refer you to our network of professional agents that can help with the sell.
The rent is due on the 1st of the month. Owners are paid once the rent is paid and cleared. Disbursements are normally made between the 12th and 15th of the month.
Rent is due the 1st of every month. Tenants may pay rent by mail, in person, or online.
Our standard lease is for 12 months. Occasionally a tenant would like a longer lease, in this case we would refer to the owner for approval before signing.
We can start managing your property as soon as our property management agreement is signed and the property is ready for rent.

At the end of each month an owner statement is posted to your owner portal. The owner statement shows income, expenses, and owner draws for the month.
Security deposits are held by the management company in our Trust Account.
